Prime Work Refund Policy

At Prime Work, we are committed to delivering quality career support, training, and job assistance services. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.

1. Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee

All enrollment or registration fees paid to Prime Work are non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers consultation, onboarding, and administrative costs incurred from the moment you enroll.

2. Service Activation

Once a candidate has:

Accessed services such as consultation, resume creation, or job application submission, or
Been assigned a Success Manager or Counselor,

the service is considered activated and no refund will be processed.

3. Package-Specific Refund Terms

Refunds are only applicable under specific packages that include a “Refund Guarantee” or “Interview Assurance.”
In such cases:

The client must meet all eligibility and participation criteria (e.g., attending interviews, providing accurate documents, timely responses).
Refunds will only be processed if Prime Work fails to deliver the assured number of interviews within the committed service period.

4. Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be entertained if:

The client provides incorrect or incomplete information.
The client fails to attend interviews arranged by Prime Work.
The client is unresponsive for more than 15 days during the service period.
The client withdraws from the process voluntarily.

5. Refund Request Procedure

If eligible for a refund:

The client must submit a written refund request to support@primework.in within 7 days after service completion or assurance period expiry.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 15–30 working days to the original payment method.

6. No Job Guarantee

Prime Work provides career assistance and job application support, not guaranteed placements. The final hiring decision lies solely with employers. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on employer outcomes.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment

By making any payment to Prime Work, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms mentioned in this Refund Policy and other related company policies.
